T.E. McCauley, M.D.

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. McCauley earned his medical degree from Marquette University. Having served his country, Dr. McCauley received the highest non-combative honor awarded, the Air Force Accommodation Medal. In 1961 Dr. McCauley moved to Phoenix and has been in private practice as a family practice physician and surgeon for more than 45 years.

Dr. McCauley was the Medical Director for Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Arizona Medical Volunteers, Healthsouth, and Phoenix Baptist Home for Girls, as well as former Chief of Family Practice at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital and Chief of Outpatient Clinic United States Air Force.

At Family Practice Specialists, Dr. McCauley emphasizes the importance of preventive health care with his patients. In addition, he is a medical consultant for Phoenix Hospital, Crisis Pregnancy Centers, Scottsdale Behavior Health, and lectures extensively throughout the country. Recently, Dr. McCauley received the honor of being voted by his peers and physicians in the valley as Top Doctor in Phoenix Magazine.

Dr. McCauley is immensely active with charity work, as a volunteer physician at St Vincent De Paul free medical clinic, Scottsdale Special Olympics, the Lutheran Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army. Dr. McCauley has received the J.C. Penny Golden Rule Award for his vast humanitarian work. He makes time for fitness and golfing, and spending time with his large family including eight children and eleven grandchildren.
