Topher M. Bradshaw, PA-C

Topher M. Bradshaw, PA-C, re-joined Family Practice Specialists (FPS) in December 2015 as a physician assistant. He worked in the clinical laboratory at FPS for three years prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. Bradshaw was drawn to the PA field because of the flexibility to practice in more than one specialty of medicine.

The specialties that most interest him are psychiatry and family medicine. His family has a history of mental health disorders, so he understands how complicated those illnesses can be and how mental health disease affects not only the patient but also friends and family members. Bradshaw loves family medicine because of the broadness of the specialty. He also enjoys that you are able to watch patients grow up.

Bradshaw has a passion for giving back to the community. He is very involved in the Phoenix Allies for Community Health (PACH) clinic, which is a free clinic for underserved members of the community who don’t have or can’t afford medical coverage that is operated by volunteer physicians and physician assistants. He volunteers in a variety of ways including treating patients, fundraising, and mentoring volunteer students at the clinic. He is still involved with Rock Against Hunger, an ASU student organization that collects canned goods for local food banks that he founded while an undergraduate at ASU, as well.

When not volunteering, Bradshaw enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has two daughter’s ages six and four, and a 5-week-old son. He also likes to play music and watch soccer.
