Topher M. Bradshaw, PA-C

Family Practice Specialists is proud to welcome Topher M. Bradshaw, PA-C, back into the FPS family—this time as its newest physician assistant. Topher worked in the clinical laboratory at FPS for three years prior to leaving in order to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. Topher, who was raised in Arizona, is married with three children, two girls ages six and four, and a five week old son.

Jennifer Francyk, PA-C

Jennifer Francyk, joined Family Practice Specialists as a Physician Assistant in May 2014. Her husband, David Francyk, D.O., has been with FPS since 2010. A Phoenix native, Jennifer was born at Good Samaritan Hospital and went to Shadow Mountain High School. She received her B.S. in Psychology at ASU and her Masters of Medical Science Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale in 2008. Her clinical interests include family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and osteopathic medicine.

Tyler Southwell , M.D.

Tyler Southwell, M.D. grew up wanting to be a village doctor, to develop relationships with his patients, to spend time talking and listening with them. He received his B.S. in biological sciences and biochemistry and attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and along the way found himself training to be a surgeon. His first residency was at the University of Toledo in urology, pediatric surgery, general surgery and plastic surgery.

Victoria Rhodes, PA-C is the newest member of the Family Practice Specialists team, who has been working with Certified Dermatologist Andrew Racette, D.O. since mid-June 2014. A highly trained PA-C with in-depth experience in both primary care and surgery, Victoria received her B.S. in Applied Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, her A.B.S. in Primary Care/Physician Assistant from Cuyahoga Community College, and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with a specialty in General Surgery.
